Purpose and Reason:

The amendment to Regulation 77 incorporates the amendment to R.I. Gen. Laws Section 27-10.1-10 made by the legislature in the 2004 session in S2619 and H7325, making the provisions of the statute discretionary with the insurer. The remainder of the changes are to grammer and form.
