R.I. Gen. Laws Sections 27-33-11 and 42-14-17.
Purpose and Reason:
The Department hereby adopts amendments to Insurance Regulation 15 effective July 1, 2004 and makes this statement in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws Section 42-35-2.3. The Department makes these amendments in order to implement changes to R.I. Gen. Laws Section 27-33-1 et seq., additional coverages to be offered in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws Section 42-128.1-9 and update the Regulation to current operation.
