Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of these rules and regulations is to establish an orderly process for the use of funds in the State Fleet Replacement Revolving Loan Fund (“the loan fund”). This includes the purposes for which the loan fund may be used, as well as the process for application, selection, and repayment.
