Purpose and Reason:

This Technical Revision being promulgated to correct the following typos: Section 1.10 Time was mislabeled and corrected to read Section 2.10; Section 2.30 Equal Access to Justice for Small Buisnesses corrected the spelling error in the word Businesses; Section 2.23 Effective Date was mislabeled and corrected to Section 2.32. There are no substantive changes.
