Purpose and Reason:

To repeal the rules relating to Generic-Only Drugs Pharmacy Benefit for the RIte Care Program effective 2/1/2009, currently on file with the Office of the Secretary of State as ERLID Number 5400. The regulations are procedurally flawed as they were promulgated without a public hearing although a timely request for a public hearing had been made.
