Purpose and Reason:

Effective October 1, 2008, participation in a managed care health care delivery system is now mandatory for all individuals eligible for Medical Assistance under Title 40, Chapter 8 of the R.I. General Laws, and in accordance with R.I. General Law 40-8.4-19. No substantive changes were made since date of notice.
