Purpose and Reason:

Effective October 1, 2008, to establish that enrollment in a RIte Share approved Employer Sponsored Insurance (ESI) plan is a condition of eligibility for Medical Assistance recipients who have access to such plans. No substantive changes were made since date of notice.
