Purpose and Reason:

Effective January 1, 2006 families with commercial health insurance are required to transition from RIte Care to RIte Share; and failure to cooperate with RIte Share enrollment procedures results in a disenrollment period that continues until cooperation with RIte Share enrollment procedures.
