Purpose and Reason:

Effective 10/1/05 RIte Care/RIte Share Program participants who are: under the age of one (1) year, or pregnant with income below 250% of he FPL, or pregnant participants of the Child Care Provider RIte Care Program with income above 250% but below 350% of the FPL will not be subject to cost sharing requirements.
