Purpose and Reason:

To amend the Title XIX State Plan to: 1) reinstate "Pool I" payment adjustments to non-government hospitals providing psychiatric services to persons under the care of MHRH or DCYF; and 2) to make textual revisions in the SPA consistent with the foregoing proposed change.
