Purpose and Reason:
Technical change to revise Food Stamp Program policy to reflect federal regulations that state that an Able-bodied Adult Without Dependents (ABAWD) who has received of three months of benefits in a thirty-six month period must be treated as an ineligible household member for the purpose of determining eligibility and benefit level for the Food Stamp Program.
