Purpose and Reason:
To clarify for the purposes of collection of claims that when a household is a simplified reporting household and the change which resulted in an overissuance of food stamp benefits occurred during the certification period and was not required to be reported, according to the simplified reporting requirements, collection action shall not to be initiated.
