Purpose and Reason:
Effective October 1, 2004, to adjust upward the gross and net income eligibility standards, to increase the maximum food stamp allotments from which the basis of issuance tables are calculated, to increase the maximum excess shelter deduction, and to adjust the monthly standard deduction for households of 5 and of 6 or more.
