Purpose and Reason:
1)Effective January 1, 2005, Excess Medical Expense Deductions have been updated in accordance with the Medicare Prescription Drug Improvement and Modernization Act of 2003. Public Notice 11/05/2004; 2)To repeal the ban from eligibility for the Food Stamp Program for persons with convictions of drug related felonies.
