Purpose and Reason:
Effective December 1, 2004, the reporting requirements for the Food Stamp Program will change. Households will now be categorized either as change reporters or semi-annual reporters. Change reporters will be required to report changes within ten (10) days of the change. Semi-Annual reporters will be required to report changes when their gross monthly income exceeds the Food Stamp Gross Income Eligibility Standard for their household size. This filing supercedes erlID 3183.
