Purpose and Reason:
Effective October 1, 2004, to adjust upward the gross and net income eligibility standards, to increase the maximum food stamp allotments from which the basis of issuance tables are calculated, and to increase the maximum excess shelter deduction from $378 to $388 per month, and to adjust the monthly standard deduction to $153 for households of 5 and $175 for households of 6 or more. Supercedes ERLID 3135.
