Purpose and Reason:

In accordance with the requirements of the Community Services Block Grant under P.L. 97-35, Chapter 73 Administering Block Grants, a Program Summary has been developed and is being filed in accordance with RIGL 42-35, notice is hereby given that the Department of Human Services proposes adopt this Block Grant Summary. A public hearing is scheduled regarding this Block Grant Proposed use and Distribution of Funds at the Joint House and Senate Finance Committees on Thursday August 18, 2011 at 1:00pm in Room 35 at the State House.
