Purpose and Reason:

In accordance with the requirements of the Social Services Block Grant under P.L. 97-35, Chapter 73 Administering Block Grants, a Pre-Expenditure Report for the use of funds has been developed for the period July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013. This Pre-Expenditure Report is being filed in accordance with RIGL 42-35, notice is hereby given that the Department of Human Services proposes adopt this Pre-Expenditure Report.
