Purpose and Reason:

The Secretary of the Executive Office of Health & Human Services (EOHHS) has repealed the Medicaid Code of Administrative Review (“MCAR”) Sections 0374/0375 entitled, “Community Supported Living Arrangements and Integrated Care Program.” These rules will be superseded by a newly adopted MCAR Section #1475 entitled, “Managed Care Service Delivery Options for Elders and Adults with Disabilities and Long-Term Care Beneficiaries.”
