Purpose and Reason:
In accordance with Rhode Island General Laws (RIGL) Chapter 42-35, EOHHS amended this rule in order to change the date from 2014 to 2015 to reflect that the resource limits for Medicaid recipients will remain the same. These rules are being amended in order to prevent wrongful denial or discontinuance of benefits for Medicaid applicants and beneficiaries.
