Purpose and Reason:
Section 0370: “SSI Related Coverage Groups” of the Medicaid Code of Administrative Rules is promulgated to ensure these rules are in compliance with State and federal guidance and to reflect a one and one-half percent (1.5%) cost-of-living increase to Retirement and Survivors Disability Insurance (RSDI). Other technical revisions to the rule included changing references from “Medical Assistance” to “Medicaid.”
