Purpose and Reason:

The Medicaid rules are amended to reflect a 1.5% cost-of-living increase to Retirement and Survivors Disability Insurance (RSDI). Other technical revisions to the rule include changing references from Medical Assistance to Medicaid.

Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril:

To avoid wrongful discontinuance or denial of benefits for applicants/beneficiaries.
