The Medical Assistance rules are amended to reflect a 1.7% cost-of-living increase to Retirement and Survivors Disability Insurance (RSDI).

Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril:

To prevent beneficiaries from being wrongly deprived of benefits needed for their support.
