Purpose and Reason:

Effective August 1, 2006 the Medical Assistance Program for children with disabilities who are cared for at home as opposed to an institutional setting (also known as the Katie Beckett Coverage Group) will be revised to clarify the age of eligibility to read "under the age of nineteen (19) years".
