Purpose and Reason:

Effective March 1, 2009, to update the Medical Assistance poverty level income standards and maintenance needs allowance in accordance with the 2009 Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril:

TO PREVENT BENEFICIARIES FROM BEING WRONGLY DEPRIVED OF BENEFITS NEEDED FOR THEIR SUPPORT.
