Purpose and Reason:

The Medical Assistance rules are amended to reflect an increase in the medically needy income limits pursuant to R.I.G.L. 40-8-3.

Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril:

To prevent beneficiaries from being wrongly deprived of benefits needed for their support.
