RIGL 40-8, Title XIX of the Social Security Act
Purpose and Reason:
Effective March 1, 2008, to update the Medical Assistance poverty level income standards and maintenance needs allowance in accordance with the 2008 Federal Poverty Level Guidelines; and average costs of care used to calculate penalty periods for prohibited resource transfers, and waiver cost effectiveness.
