Purpose and Reason:

Effective January 1, 2008, the work policy and procedures under the participation requirements of the Family Independence Program pertaining to the number of hours of a parent's DCYF service plan activities that can be counted toward meeting the thirty-five (35) hour FIP requirement will not sunset on December 31, 2007 as was previously required.
