Purpose and Reason:

Technical change to section 0812.05.25 to conform with section 0816.25.05, which allows child care for two-parent families who are identified as homeless (or about to become homeless) and are participating in up to 180 days of housing search (provided the participation in this activity overlaps with the work hours of the employed parent).
