Purpose and Reason:

The purpose for this amendment is to revise Section 115.13 - Business Enterprises Program (outdated) requiring update inclusive of all sections to reflect current program staffing and Administrative structure of agency; vendor training and selection; include in entire document the term "vendor/licensee"; various edits to Sections II - XVII for updating outdated language pursuant to regulations and program structure as is consistent with the scope of 34CFR395; addition of process for awarding secondary and satellite locations, and removal of Attachment XI-A.
