Purpose and Reason:
POST SECONDARY EDUCATION – Section 115.28 This amended rule reflects revised Federal Poverty Level (FPL) changes for 2014. CONFIDENTIALITY – Section 105.4 This amended rule reflects Forms being removed from Section and being placed in Appendix #1. COMPARABLE SERVICES & BENEFITS – Section 115.5 This amended rule reflects Forms being removed from Section and being placed in Appendix #1. ELIGIBILITY AND INELIGIBILITY – Section 115.2 This amended rule reflects change in section name to “ELIGIBILITY, INELIGIBILITY, TRIAL WORK PERIODS, AND EXTENDED EVALUATION” and expands on procedures for determining individuals as eligible, ineligible; or if there is a need for trial work periods or extended evaluation. CRITERIA FOR CASE CLOSURE – Section 115.18 This amended rule reflects addition of words Extended Evaluation in step prior to case closure due to ineligibility. ADAPTIVE HOUSING – Section 115.26 This amended rule reflects change in maximum payment allowed and procedure for homes not meeting city codes. SERVICES FOR DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING INDIVIDUALS – SECTION 115.29 This amended rule reflects Forms being removed from Section and being placed in Appendix #1. SERVICES FOR THE BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED CHILDREN’S VISION SCREENING PROGRAM – Section 118.2 This rule is being made Obsolete as ORS does not run this program anymore. There were no substantive differences between proposed and final rules.
