Purpose and Reason:

Revising Section 115.28 to show increase in the income standard used to calculate aid for training through the Office of Rehabilitation Services, in keeping with the US Department of Health & Human Services Poverty Income Guidelines for 2013. There were no comments made, so no changes were made to proposal.
