Purpose and Reason:
105.4 - To reflect revised language showing guidelines used by staff to ensure customer confidentiality and to include forms used 115.5 - To expand the description of what services are subject to the comparable benefits requirement, determination of comparable services and benefits, provision of services and addition of forms used 115.14 - To explain in a detailed manner supported employment, services provided by ORS, and the process and forms ORS staff uses to provide these services 115.28 - To increase the income standard used to calculate aid for training through the Office of Rehabilitation Services, in keeping with the US Department of Health & Human Services Poverty Income Guidelines for 2011 115.29 - To provide guidelines for assessments of hearing loss, hearing aid considerations, services provided, and funding guidelines, as well as forms used. There is no difference between the rule as proposed and the rule as adopted.
