Purpose and Reason:

Effective March 1, 2009 to increase the income standard used to calculate financial aid for training through the Office of Rehabilitation Services, in keeping with the US Department of Health and Human Services, Poverty Income Guidelines, for 2009.

TO PREVENT BENEFICIARIES FROM BEING WRONGLY DEPRIVED OF BENEFITS NEEDED FOR THEIR SUPPORT.
