Purpose and Reason:

Revise 115.23 – Motor Vehicle Modification: Revise policy to show United State Code legal authority, and update the procedure for processing payment to vendor. Also to final file the increase in the income standard used to calculate financial aid for training through the Office of Rehabilitation Services, in keeping with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Poverty Income Guidelines for 2007.
