Purpose and Reason:

Effective December 1, 2006, to clarify the rights and obligations of the Vendor within both the Operating Agreement and the Vending Facility Permit for the Business Enterprises Program. Also to renumber Section 115.13, Attachment IX-A, to be Section 115.13.05.
