Purpose and Reason:

Effective immediately, to develop a specific time standard for the completion of an Individualized Plan for Employment, which will generally be within 90 days of determining that an individual is eligible and meets the agency’s order of selection criteria.

Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril:

To ensure timely delivery of service to eligible clients, to prevent imminent peril to the public health, safety or welfare.
