Purpose and Reason:

Effective March, 2005, to amend the rules and regulations to: (1) Include Reversion to Donor Program policy; and define and clarify transiton services for students with disabilities. Public Notice 1/21/05; and 2) include homemaker as a vocational goal; include the U.S. Code as a recognized source; and increase maximum training grant amounts and time limits and incease the maximum amount for books. Public Notice 1/31/05.
