Purpose and Reason:
To amend Business Enterprises Program policy to add additional training resources and opportunities for blind vendors; to establish performance standards (in addition to transfer seniority) for the transfer of licensed vendors; to establish criteria for the re-training and/or other intervention, including suspension of licensed vendors; and to establish guidelines for the development and use of Correction Action Plans under certain circumstances.
