Purpose and Reason:

Amendments to the Principles of Reimbursement for Nursing Facilities with regard to the calculation of a facility’s prospective rate of reimbursement: (1) deferral of the COLA to April 1, 2009 (2) change to Direct Labor Cost Center Ceiling, and (3) other textual revisions consistent with the foregoing proposed changes.
