Purpose and Reason:

Pursuant to R.I.G.L. 40-8-19, to revise the Principles of Reimbursement for Nursing Facilities with regard to the calculation of any retrospctive adjustment in a facility's labor related cost center per diem as a result of the requirement to file or a labor related cost report.
