Purpose and Reason:
Reorganization and revision of 1999 rules to expand requirements for administration, organization,data collection and management,participant evaluation and re-evaluation,staff qualifications and responsibilities and employee health examinations;to modify license expiration and renewal rules;to comply with certain new statutory requirements in the area of employee health; and to delete requirements that licensed programs conduct outreach.
