Purpose and Reason:
The proposed filing is to amend client eligibility requirements so that they are tied to the federal poverty limits (rather than the Rhode Island Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Elderly Program (RIPAE) guidelines}; to provide specific income guidelines and cost share information for the Program; and to bring the Regulations into conformity with statutory provisions
