Regulation Authority:

R.I. Gen. Laws section 42-66.3-1 et seq. "Home and Community Care Services to the Elderly"

Purpose and Reason:

The Department is amending these regulations to reflect a rate increase for the Co-payment program for in home care services and adult daycare services for elders. In addition the amended regulations include an adjustment in the client participation financial eligibility criteria to reflect the federal cost of living adjustments as of July 1, 2007.
