Purpose and Reason:

Effective May 2017: • Update language to reflect that Rhode Island Division of Elderly Affairs is now housed within the Department of Human Services • Remove language of old process for appeals and replace with language referencing appeals through Executive Office of Health and Human Services • Removal of Appendix A, a template for the Safety and Security Plan – Annual Report • Reformatting and renumbering of the rules as required by RI General Laws, Section 42-35-2.11.
