Purpose and Reason:
To specify program jurisdiction over all public and private housing complexes designated by the federal government as housing for the elderly in Rhode Island, requirements for tenant education, definition of high crime areas, requirements for security guards, security guard waiver, requirements for security devices, reporting requirements and appeal procedure.
