Title 42 of the General Laws of the State of Rhode Island, Chapter 66.2

Purpose and Reason:

To specify consumer eligibility, eligible drugs, program benefits, payment to participating pharmacies, financial participation by consumer, program prohibitions, reporting requirements, education outreach program, appeals procedures and pharmaceutical manufacturers drug rebates.
