Purpose and Reason:

Effective 10/1/09, the Office of Child Support Services will not provide legal services to any non-assistance custodial parent who files on his/her own or with the assistance of an attorney not employed with the Office of Child Support Services, a court Motion to establish, modify, or enforce a child support obligation.
