Purpose and Reason:
Technical changes to manual. To remove "or its reasonable equivalent" from section 0704.25.02 and state that a sworn statement or affidavit "alone" will not meet the requirement of cooperation; to remove statement that client needs to contact OCSS before the "scheduled appointment"; to define "physical harm"; to describe the process of protecting information in domestic violence cases when using search databases; to define domestic violence.
