RIGL 40-8: TITLE XVI OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT

Purpose and Reason:

The Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and State Supplemental Payment (SSP) Program rules are amended to reflect the federal Social Security Administration Cost-of-Living increase for 2015. These changes were implemented under emergency rule making, effective January 1, 2015, to ensure the rules were in compliance with State and Federal guidance. This rule is being filed under regular rule making provisions to sustain the revisions made to the DHS SSI and SSP Program Rules and Regulations.
